Christopher Esber offers returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your return in the original shipping box, ensuring all designer garment tags and security seals remain intact.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery labels.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the designated courier drop-off point and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
